(Libri, KNV Zeitfracht, IBU), - EDIFACT orders from your retail partners,
- orders from your field sales representatives,
- direct orders,
- continuations, standing-order orders and (magazine) subscriptions.
- We clarify incomplete and unclear orders.
- We make note of new titles and titles that are temporarily unavailable for delivery and inform your customers.
- We handle forward orders professionally.
